Classes and streams
Organise your school into classes, and each class into streams, the way your timetable already works.
School in Stats is a marks app for teachers. Enter each learner's marks once, and it works out totals, means, positions and CBC performance levels, then produces the mark sheets and reports you need. It works even when you're offline.

The problem
Most teachers already know this routine. It repeats after every exam, and most of it is arithmetic and copying numbers from one place to another.
Every manual step is another chance for a slipped digit or a wrong position, and every mistake means checking everything again.
School in Stats simplifies the routine. You collect and enter the marks. The app does the rest.
How it works
Enter your marks and the app handles the maths.
Create your class and its streams — up to eight per class.
List your learners once. They stay organised by stream.
Pick an exam and a subject, then type in each learner's score.
Totals, means, positions and performance levels are worked out for you.
Produce a class mark sheet or student reports, ready to print or share.
The product
These are real screens from the app, following the work you already do.
Add each class, split it into streams and add its subjects and exams. Every class shows its streams, number of students and exams at a glance.
Set up once, then reuse it for every exam.
Add learners to each stream once. Edit or remove them any time, and they carry over to every exam.
No more re-typing learner lists.
Enter marks subject by subject for each stream. Each subject shows how many learners have marks, such as 30 / 30, so you know when you're done.
Works offline. Your marks are saved on your phone.
Invite a teacher to a stream by email. They can create exams and fill in marks for that stream only, with no other edits.
Stop collecting mark lists on paper.
Generate a junior school assessment summary report for every learner, with CBC performance levels, percentage and points, plus the full class mark sheet.
PDF to print or share, or Excel.
